Kiehra, Kaylie & Kaleb are such TROOPERS!  We had below freezing temperatures and a few inches of new fallen snow to deal with, and even though the girls' poor feet were getting totally soaked, they smiled and pushed through it.  Thank you guys, you were AWESOME!  Enjoy.  -K

I just read this quote, and it was too good not to share.

We must embrace our pain and use it as fuel for our journey.

We all have those days that just downright suck.  But if we think about those bad days as fuel to get through to better days...maybe we can make our days better.

Quad Photography.

If you race a dirtbike, you probably know that dirtbike racers tend to make fun of quad racers.  Being into the dirtbike form of motocross myself, I always did too.  But after catching some quad action (only practice, but still) at MotoCity Raceway recently, I have an all new respect for them.  Those guys FLY!!  So now you can consider me a fan!

Vacation 2009

I know it's taken me forever but I decided I should post some pictures from my family's vacation!  We spent our first day driving...a lot...from Pillager, MN to Hurley, WI.  We spent the following day driving and exploring en route to Copper Harbor, MI.  We spent 2 days in the Copper Harbor area before heading back across northern Wisconsin with a stop in Bayfield and finally arrived at our destination-Duluth, MN-for the next two days. 

I took over 1,000 pictures on the trip, but I wanted to share a few with you during this long, cold winter.
